They are unfair rules that cut off or reduce benefits and limit savings for married people with disabilities who rely on Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or other Social Security benefits. Many people with disabilities who rely on SSI or Social Security for access to health care, benefits like home and community-based services can also be cut off.
