I am a strategist, storyteller, with an authentic voice that lives at the intersection of lived experience and professional insight. As the force behind my consulting work and upcoming podcast, I create space for conversations that truly matter, which are the ones that challenge, inform, and occasionally make you laugh in the midst of a serious moment.

My background rooted in leadership, advocacy, and building inclusive systems, I bring both credibility and candor to every room that I enter. My perspective is shaped not only by my professional expertise, but by my life as a mother of 3 (which includes  a son diagnosed with autism and an intellectual disability). My experiences have sharpened my ability to navigate complexity, lead with empathy, and speak truth without dilution.

My platform isn’t confined to one lane. I explore everything from leadership and workplace dynamics to mental wellness, culture, and the realities people aren't willing share.  Through my podcast and digital presence, I curate conversations that delve deep below the surface and make for an interesting dialogue.
